Companies must ensure that any imported, exported or produced commodities or products in the EU meet the following criteria:

• Ensure products are deforestation-free.
• Products have been produced in accordance with the relevant legislation in the country of harvest.
• Products are covered by a Due Diligence Statement (DDS). Read more about DDS in the FAQ below.

Duni Group is actively working to integrate EUDR compliance into our sourcing and operational processes. Our approach includes:

• Collaborating with suppliers to gather the necessary information and conduct risk assessments.
• Implementing SAP Green Token to manage, validate, and track sustainability data aligned with EUDR requirements. 

This work is already underway to ensure we are fully prepared by the regulation’s enforcement date.

Duni is developing an online portal where downstream business partners will be able to collect the Due Diligence Statement (DDS) reference and verification numbers linked to their order (e.g. delivery number, order number, etc). 

Business partners will be able to retrieve these numbers via self-service. We will update business partners when more information about the portal, and an instruction manual on how to retrieve the information, is made available.
